The type of personal information I collect

I currently collect and process the following information:

How I get the personal information and why I have it

Most of the personal information I process is provided to me directly by you. I use the information that you have given me in order to:

  • To communicate with you

  • To administer your booking

  • To deal with any emergencies while on board the boat

  • If you have given me consent to take photos/videos of you, I may share this my websites and social media

 

I may share this information with the emergency services, in the event of an emergency, and any other organisation or individual that the law requires me to.

 

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases I rely on for processing this information are:

I keep medical and emergency contact information until your booking(s) is/are completed. I will then dispose your information.
